Reed Custer Intermediate School, located in Braidwood, Ill., provides a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 400 students in grades three through five. It is affiliated with the Reed-Custer Community School District 255-U, and offers various preschool and early childhood programs. Reed Custer Intermediate School s core curriculum includes English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. The school also provides band, challenge, computer education, and several programs for the hearing impaired and students needing occupational therapy. It offers a variety of sports programs, such as volleyball, basketball and softball. Reed Custer Intermediate School also provides a fully equipped media center and a playground.
