I had a shattered screen brought it to Verizon for repairs under their insurance plan and was told they had to send it off for repairs and my deductible. Took it here to Batteries Plus where they had it repaired in less then an hour and cheaper then my deductible with Verizon. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend this business!

Felix, the manager, treats customers horribly. The "senior" tech here ruined my phone, requiring the forward & rear facing cameras, the speaker, the led, the proximity sensor AND the screen (which is what I went in for originally to be replaced) to be replaced again.
I requested a total device replacement since this phone cost so much money, Felix yelled at me on the phone, HORRIBLE customer service.

Can't leave the whole story here as there is a character limit, my review on Google includes much more detail, if you're interested. I will continue to push this issue to the corporate level until I have a satisfactory resolution.
The way I have been treated by Felix, the manager at this location, is unacceptable and disgusting. Do not give this store your business, they do not know how to treat their customers, or how to remedy their mistakes!

Response to Nick B. I would like to know the circumstances of this entire transaction. Did the phone work when it came in. If not, there may have been a problem other then the screen. Regarding stolen parts, We would never take parts out of a phone. We have a very successful business and would never risk that over a $4 part. If the home button was missing you would know the first time you tried to use it. Same with the camera. You say it worked fine but slowly worked less and less. If that's the case it sounds like a phone problem not the repair. Even though it worked fine when it left the store, you could have done something to damage it again, we still refunded all of your money. That sounds like good customer service, and a place I would do business.

Great place, very friendly people with great customer service. I recommend this place to all of my friends if they break their phone or need any type of battery.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE!!! My girlfriend went to get her iPhone fixed here. The first time they did it, the screen was installed incorrectly and didn't work. The second time it worked fine for a little bit but slowly worked less and less. THEY ALSO STOLE PARTS OUT OF HER PHONE! They took the camera, some screws and the home button. Luckily she knew the parts were missing and got them back along with a full refund. Never go here to get your screen fixed.
