Brainerd Floral is open Mother's Day, May 8 for shopping.

From outside the country I ordered a small bouquet for 1st Communion to be delivered in Brainerd. Mark said I was known to them from former purchase and he helped with appropriate flower selection. I received prompt email confirmation of the order and a little later I was able to email a small correction. Again I received a super-prompt reply. A beautiful small arrangement (as I'd requested for a young child) was delivered after making phone contact with the family. I could not have asked for any better service and product. All around fantastic experience!

Great flowers again and again. You guys are great and my wife thinks I am a hero! But I owe it all to you!!

I ordered flowers on Thursday for delivery on Saturday... for Mother's day. At 6:30 pm on Saturday before Mother's day I get an email that my order cannot be delivered until Tuesday!!!Thanks a bunch! I will never do business with FTD again. If you can't fulfill your obligations, then don't take the business!

The flowers I had you send got wonderful reviews and they lasted forever! Well almost forever. Thanks for the speedy delivery and the great service. I will be back!

Don't be misled when selecting a floral shop in Brainerd/Baxter Lakes area. Numerous listings on line are nothing more than a phone bank in a warehouse somewhere in the US or overseas, gathering orders and then forwarding the order for decreased amounts to Brainerd for makeup and delivery. Look for a street address on the listing and ask when hard questions when calling.
