This review will probably never be posted. I bought and paid for a 2012 Hyundai from Mills Ford-Baxter-November 3, 2012. I finally received the title o/a March 20, 2015. Mills sold me a vehicle that they (mills) did not have title for. I was never informed voluntarily by anyone from Mills. I found out by calling DPS Minnesota (titles) o/a February 5, 2015. Also; not one person from Mills Ford even bothered with an apology for this problem. Due to the shabbiness of this situation-Mills will never get any type of business from me again. I certainly have informed many others of the situation-most of them will stay away from mills also. I do not submit my name/personal info with this. I also paid an attorney to send a letter to Mills-no response. Now is too late---my and most of my friends business is gone from Mills. Mills is big & may not notice too much-but I/we have the satisfaction of removing our business. Also - I am retired military-lifetime member of Disabled Veterans-what a way.
