These guys were extremely helpful when I was there. They were very busy and still made time to do an oil change for me when I showed up

I purchased an alignment "deal" from Brainerd Daily Deals to get a 4-wheel alignment done at Mr. Tire. I brought in my car and they finished the alignment a little over an hour later. After leaving, I noticed my steering wheel was off-center by about 10-degrees and after returing home found that two of the plastic nuts that hold on the wheel covers were missing. I brought the car back a couple weeks later to have them center the steering wheel (there was no sign of the plastic nuts). After another hour of waiting I got my car back, but the steering wheel was still off-center just as much as it was. Oddly enough, later that day I went out to my car in the garage and had a flat tire. Most likely the flat was just a coincidence, but it makes one wonder if it was something more sinister. I won't be returning to Mr. Tire except to ask for a refund.
