I wish I could give negative stars, this is by far the biggest slumlord in the area. He will keep your deposit and try to charge you to upgrade his trashy houses and apartments.... Stay clear of this scum! He is a disgrace.

Worst place to rent from ever! They take care of very little, delay every fix they can, and are horrible to work with. I would never recommend DP Investments to anyone, even my enemy. They try and get you to pay for things at the end of your lease that they say you caused to go wrong even if it was like that to begin with. They will try and charge you anything they can to make a dollar. Late rent by a day, extra 30 bucks. Left a speck of dust on move out, 100 bucks. They seriously treat you like this. All of my neighbors had the same opinion of them. Be aware, DP investments is another name Pueringer Investments uses. Stay away from both!
