I have used Entertainment Tours on several times in the past, on different social events that we have sponsored and have never had a problem. The staff is very informative and willing to work with you in planning an event, the buses are clean and comfortable, and the drivers are very friendly. I would not hesitate in booking a reservation with Entertainment Tours and I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a really great experience with Entertainment Tours. Our driver arrived on ahead of time and was very friendly and a great driver. He was very courteous and professional, and We felt in safe and experienced hand the whole trip.



The coach was clean and comfortable, and we watched a DVD that made the 4 hour ride just fly by.



I have to say that the largest factor in choosing Entertainment Tours as our transportation service in the first place was the price, as they were very competitive with the other quotes we received, even though they were accommodating us last minute on a holiday weekend. They gave us a flat rate with no hidden costs & all the information was upfront. They were flexible with all our pickups and drop-offs, friendly to deal with, quick to get back to us when we had questions, and basically an all around a pleasure. We will defiantly use them again in the future.

We chartered a but to take a group of people to New York City and bring them back. They promised us a comfortable bus with cushioned seats. The cost was $900 for the day, Only $300 less than a luxury DuFour bus. They sent a bus that was one step up from a school bus. Horribly uncomfortable. The driver was an hour late. Then he lost his way and took and extra hour to get into the city. The bus arrived two hours late with the group and they lost the first event that was planned. We tried to get the owner to agree to some compensation for the worn down travelers but he was extremely rude to us and to the salesperson who works for him. Everyone on the bus was furious wit us for using this company. Stay away!
