I had such an awesome massage here! It was my first time but everyone was so friendly and inviting. I was a little nervous, but my therapist Crystal made me feel better. The place is so clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. I got the membership after my massage because i did need to get rid of the pain in my neck and shoulders. I think its totally worth it and next time i will definitely bring my husband with me.

best massage ever, but worst customer service. I went in with a horrible back pain and came out so unbelievably relaxed. Unfortunately, that feeling got quickly wiped away, as the young lady at the front (I can't recall her name, she has dreads) kept rambling on and on about some membership that I couldn't afford. Despite my objection, she kept pressuring me to sign and definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I will continue going, as a non member (only $6 difference) but whoever manages really needs to train their employees in respecting customer choices. My massage was really great, Cat did a fantastic job, but it will have to be a 6/10 for the overall experience. If anyone is thinking about going, be aware that they try to ambush you into joining a membership for 12 months that you cannot get out of and unless you can afford it, it's not worth it
