My girlfriend and I recently had a granite counter top installed or lack there of. The company came installed half the counter and was going to install the breakfast counter top, but never showed up to finish the job. He left the granite counter top on the living room floor and it is still there at this moment. This has been going on now for two months. We tried repeatedly calling and texting him asking when he was going to come back with no response. Mark Alliano has yet to return our phone calls and texts. I would not use this contractor again and recommend that no one else use him either. Mark Alliano actually said to me, just prior to stop returning our calls and texts, "can't you just finish it and put it up yourself"? I don't know how to and that is why we called him to do it. In the beginning he seemed nice and said that he would knock off a hundred dollars off the bill if we paid him in cash, so he didn't have to report it. I guess I know why now. Terrible service and never finished the job.

We used MSA granite for our basement bathroom renovation. We used them for all the granite in the bathroom.

This place is amazingly wonderful. Mark is fabulous. His price was perfect, less than the other places I checked out - but more than that, he made this project of mine a dream. I was told by other companies it would take six weeks to get the granite, that they would have to make a temporary countertop for me, that matching the granite I already had might be a problem. Mark came to take a look on a Monday, said he knew exactly the granite and could get it by Wednesday, cut it on Thursday and have it in by Friday -- and he did. He was professional, easy to work with, very nice and so efficient. My kitchen is wonderful - I am so happy. I have the work space I didn't have before and everyone who walks in here says it looks ( and it does) SOOOO good. I am so grateful for this. Also, Jenn, who answers the phone and makes appointments and takes care of some of the details - she was a doll. It is difficult for me to call a place to do business and to find that the person answering the call is rude or distant. Jenn was the complete opposite -she was patient, warm and efficient and made the experience really great, too. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Mark - I am just thrilled with my countertop and am so grateful to you for making this such an easy, affordable, and happy experience.
