As a female, I am always concerned about my car and serving it. Many years ago I worked for a collision and body shop, we also serviced vehicles. I know what shop owners think and what could happen to women's repair bills.... Mike at Millers made my nightmare (a brake down) affordable and painless. I was taken to Mike's service station by a stranger who said he was good. boy was he! I was in the area from Brooklyn, and my car died right on the premises. Turned out that I needed a new alternator, no choice but to get it with Mike, or have my car towed back home which probably would have cost me more $. Mike said he could take care of it right away, once he received the alternator, and I checked his price with my Bklyn car mechanic who said it was good. Mike was nice enough to also take me & my cousin to the local bagel shop so we could have brunch and wait for him there. We were in touch on the phone, he told me another part was necessary, again, no choice. I mentioned the overall price to another friend, and it appears Mike did very well by me. He could have really taken advantage of me, as I was basically stranded, but he didn't.Thank you SO much, Mike!! You are a lifesaver!

Needed to have a tire mounted on a wheel after a blowout and Mike answered the phone, which was his cell phone!He mentioned he was closed, which when I called was 4:45pm, so that was OK. I mentioned I would stop by the next day to have it done.In the middle of writing this review he called me back to let me know that his employee was working late and to run the wheel and tire over tonight! That is great service! And his price to mount and balance the tire was also great!
