Small Engine and Outdoor Power Equipment

First time using and will use for life. I had them service my old John Deere that two other shops wanted to junk and sell me a new one. Brady's took the time to go over my entire tractor and did a great job. Spindles replaced, deck welded and painted, carb rebuilt and starter wiring repaired. Thanks to my neighbor I found Brady's Repair and will tell another neighbor.

Thank You for the repair. Other shop in town said they could not fix my tractor, but Scott fixed the broken valve and saved me from buying a new tractor. Quick turn around, good price.

Bait and switch

This company represents Kohler manufactured product and then sends after-market unbranded product. When you try to return and get credit they try to stick you for freight both ways as a penalty and claim they can make substitutions of inferior product because it is in their terms and conditions. Makes you file dispute with your credit card company to gain satisfaction. This is the kind of company that gives the industry and WWW a bad name.

Jerry did recieve an aftermarket starter. I realized these units were categorized incorrectly on my website. I corrected the problem on my site, and then refunded Jerry his money. I even even allowed him to keep the starter to compensate for any inconvienence it may have caused. That was $80 dollars out of my pocket. Find another company with that much integrity. I guess you can't make everyone happy - Scott Brady/Owner
