Wow, this is what everyone should have. This is the fourth water softener in two homes. Tried the S**rs, never got soft water even at highest salt settings. Tried the local "Discount - get it at wholesale" dealer. Poor service - poor atitude. Had a plumberr put one in. Better install, can't fix the simplest problem (clock had broken gear). Finally called in a professional (didn't know there was one) with brand name softener. I admit, Bob Vila and Hometime show them on their shows. Local dealer took time to answer all my questions. No pressure meeting. Had it done a week later. Showed on time, neat job, best of all - explained operation and maintenace and provided my wife with complete set og manuals. In only about 1 year so far but uses much less salt than before. No clocks to set, no hard water at any time of the day. I say five stars. Thanx, Mike R Andover NJ
