Doesn't listen. thinks his patients are faking it. he put me on a decompression table and when i told him i would not do it again because it caused me severe pain and extreme muscle spasms, he told me that i would have to do it more than once for the treatment to work! I am not getting on the mid evil table again! Even though i have handed him a "book" of my medical records, he implies that i am faking it. Staff is not competent at all! I actually had to call my insurance company and do their job for them to get my injections for my back!!!! they kept saying they had not been approved but in fact they had been approved a month earlier! And i was told that it wasn't my place to contact my insurance to get to the bottom of the Pre Authorizations.

My first time with doctor Benni was a very good first time experience which allowed me to feel very comfortable .

Uncaring, disbelieving, dirty. Wouldn't even sign a disabled parking permit for me because I could still walk, no matter how painful it was to me
