Called in the morning. They found time to come out late afternoon (so I didn't have to miss work). They were exactly on time. Had explained the service call of $69 which was deducted when they fixed my refrigerator's water dispenser problem. Actually there were 2 problems but both were explained and my options were explained and I chose and they fixed accordingly. Will definitely keep their name and phone number for whenever I have an appliance problem. Pleased that I found them.

Great work, and very patient. My dog wouldn't stay out the way but Brian didn't mind. He let my dog sit there an watch really funny. Great work again!

I don't know what I would do without Brian. My oven went out and I had to make a huge dinner tonite. Brian was able to come save the day for me. Great work

I havnt called Brian to fix anything in 3 years. Once my fridge went out I knew to call Brian and I was right. His service is still fast and trustworthy.

I'm a do it yourself type of person until I tried fixing my microwave. Most other technicians would gone since I started on it already. Brian didn't shy away, he was out and had my microwave back together and working in no time

My mothers fridge wen out last night at 6. I called Brian as I have before. He said he usually doesn't work past 5 but he came out anyways. We are more than pleased with the work he did.

On time professional tech, he showed up fixed my refrigerator very quickly have had no problems since and the cost was at least 20% less than other companies i spoke with. Thank You
