Provided by YP.comI ordered through Teleflora - biggg mistake. Did you know their arrangements as shown on their website are flat on one side - no flowers just greenery. That is deceptive and puts the florist in a no win situation. I'm glad I called Brandon Flowers to find out why my arrangement didn't look like the one in the picture on the Teleflora website. I'm ordering directly from Brandon Florist from now one. No more Teleflora. Eva

Provided by YP.comThey get 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I don't know how he is still in business. This guy is the absolute rudest person I have ever, in my life, encountered. Thank God the other local florist being prepared for his antics, they had extra homecoming corsages ready, otherwise I would have had to make it myself. I asked for Royal Blue ribbon and I got lavender flowers. When I tried to be nice and ask him if he could change them out he SNATCHED the out of my hand and told me he would refund me. Then refused to give me a refund at that moment said he would do it on Monday and also refused to give me anything in writing saying he would refund me. I was in complete shock! All this hours before the dance. WHIDDEN FLORIST saved the day the difference was night and day! Thanks to them I got exactly what I wanted and hour before the dance.

Provided by YP.comThey ruined my Valentine's Day present! I got a bouquet with what were supposed to be yellow flowers which were totally brown. The email address for issues on their website is not operational. They are not answering their phones and it has just been ringing and ringing each time I have called, for five hours now, which makes sense, as I'm sure I cannot be the only one who got dead flowers. HORRID!
