Very long wait time for scheduled appointments, hours after appointment time. Staff is rude and pushy, unprofessional. Dr. explains little to nothing. Does not spend any amount of time with patient. Treated me like a drug abuser, which I am not, I am a patient in need medical pain relief to be able to get critical sleep. Dr. does not listen to patient concerns nor needs.

Dr Sidom knows his stuff when it comes to pain. My only complaint is that at times there is a wait but I ust take a book and wait my turn. It's always worth it. My pain issue is inoperable so he has me on time released medications so I can live life again! So glad I found them!

I do not like the way this clinic handles patients or their appointments. The wait time can be hours, the nursing staff, I found to be less than professional, the day I was last there they were making fun of a patient with a rare skin disorder with other patients. Their waiting area is not as clean as I would have expected a doctor's office to be. The rest room is always dirty, smelly, and totaly out of tissue and paper towels.
