My mother was there for over a month. She somehow fell out of the bed, often times was not fed-the tray was delivered but she is unable to feed herself. They would bring a cup of water every night but no one gave her any of it. Always short staffed, call lights on forever. Fire alarm system was not working, had CNA's going from room to room checking for fires and feeling doors instead of tending to their patients (was told it would take 2 weeks to get the alarm system working again). Patients diet consisted of mostly pork. Just a horrible place. They should have no stars. Not a good place...Manorcare on Bearrs is the best that we have experienced so far.

This nursing home is not equipped with a pharmacy and does not get meds from a pharmacy in a timely manner. They are not cooperative and seem indifferent to pain. There must be someone around to act as a monitor for patients. It is scarey to think this kind of treatment exists.
