I visited Dave's shop today. Not knowing anything about pianos walking into Dave's; I walked out not only having purchased a piano, but received a master class in piano construction. I was super impressed with his knowledge on not only the different brands of pianos, but more importantly how they compare to each other. The two other stores that I visited did absolutely nothing to educate me.

Dave literally took apart pianos and removed the entire innards, to show me why some pianos cost $5,000 and while others are $50,000+. I would never spend 50K on a piano, but after I saw the differences piece by piece, I understood why. I have never written a review on-line before. I just feel very compelled to share my positive experience with others. If you need a piano go and see Dave. I promise you will be amazed as I was.

So far, I've just been looking around at piano stores. I had a pleasant experience the times I've visited this store in Brandon and spoke with Dave on the phone. He is a very busy man with 2 or 3 stores now so won't be at my fingertips...... I would never expect him to. I still plan to purchase a used piano from him because I enjoy even visiting his store and I know I'll find the right piano in time.

A great purchasing experience! Dave is very knowledgeable about his products. No pressure at all. He allowed us to take us much time as we needed to decide on the right piano. Delivered the same day! Dave helped us to get the best piano we could afford. I highly recommend Dave's Piano Showroom.

Dave is very knowledgeable and has an all encompassing selection of pianos. I found just the write color and size to fit in the space and match my formal living room. He delivered my piano the same day and tuned it. It sounds and looks fantastic. If you need a piano go see Dave.

I went to Dave's shop looking for a cheap portable piano under $500. He didn't have anything at the time, but made a excellent recommendation of a keyboard at another store. I ended up buying it and got to thinking.  Dave made absolutely nothing when he sent me to the other store. It is nice to see that there are honest helpful people still around, that are not purely motivated by profit.  If and when I get good, I will buy my piano at Dave's place.

Our church was in need of a grand piano for a very important performance. Another piano store quoted us a price and we went ahead with them. The day of the event they were a no show. After calling for over a hour and leaving several messages, with no response; I had to move on. I found Dave on-line and described our severe situation. He immediatly put my mind at ease by saying, "yes we can have a grand piano delivered today." There was however another issue. No tuners were available for a same day emergency service. When Dave learn of this HE CLOSED HIS SHOP, came to our location and tuned it himself! Our church was prepared to pay a premium. We were shocked when we recieved an invoice for $265 less than the original piano store's price. This is simply the finest customer service I have ever witnessed. To say I recommend Dave is a vast understatement.
