Provided by YP.comI was beyond pleased with my recent visit to the Brandon Eye Clinic. I was just so impressed by how helpful and kind the staff was, and more importantly how wonderful Dr. Henderson was in diagnosing and treating my eye infection. Too many doctors forget to remember that patients are PEOPLE. Dr. Henderson spent time getting to know me and really cares about his patients. He's truly wonderful. I highly recommend seeing him.

Provided by YP.comWatch out. Lies and rescheduling for my 2months of trying to be seen as a new patient. Dr. Henderson was apparently too busy to see me so I was rescheduled 3 times the last being hours before my last rescheduled appointment. Got the times confused and arrived 30 minutes late. Would not be seen and was then told 2 months to see him. Total lack of consideration and professionalism. I would recommend looking elsewhere, this firm is too big to be compassionate. When I got home from this experience I called to voice my concerns to the office manager and was told she was unavailable to leave a message. So here is my message. Maybe the office manager will read this.
