This August will be 4 years since I visited, I am still unable to open my mouth more than 5 millimeters

First I would like to say the dentist is great. There is also a female dentist that is by far one of the nicest dentist I have ever had. It's the front office staff that is a hit or a miss. Being a manager myself I cannot comprehend how the office manager Kathy still has a job there. She is very rude and does not have phone etiquette skills. My family will no longer be returning because as much as I love the dentist, I cannot deal with her. This is my first bad review I have ever given and just felt people should be warned. Kathy will be unwilling to help you in anyway. If you have billing issues or a misunderstanding she will make you at fault no matter the situation. One of my co-workers also had issues with Kathy and will not be returning. I think if more people would come forward maybe the next chain of command can resolve the ongoing issue of Kathy.

The name says it all. You will love your new dentist if you came to Gentle Dental. The office has been under new ownership since 2009. The reviews posted here are in accurate.
