Havent been there in a few years, but, my experience there had always been Execellent!! floor people work hard, and are always friendly! Price to play is good, payouts are great! Person selling the packs are very nice and informative on how their games work etc. Food in the concession is always excellent! Love the 8 ways to win on all games (except for specific pattern games!) Wonderful place to play bingo!

Have to agree with the other review on the inadequate information. They have so many different papers, several of which need to be pre-marked (even/odd, wild number, pre-pulled numbers) and NO instructions available. Asking the floor clerks obviously annoys them, and they rattle off info so fast you're lucky to get it. Apparently you're expected to go with someone who already goes. And I really hate the 8 different win patterns. Play lines, or play one distinct design… not 8 different ways on every game! Decent payouts.

Don't bother going there. The non-smoking room is tiny and over-crowded. The workers are not at all friendly. Inadequate information is provided when you arrive and sometimes throughout the game time.
