I would not give a store a bad rep.over the manager being rude he may have been over stressed we are human I am going to use kanes for all my furniture they have excellent quality.in shipping things get broken and im sure they made it good thats what counts.

I bought an entertainment center here a the first week of july. when i moved in august i wanted to pick it up. i showed up at customer pick up and when they open the boxes infront of you my entertainment center had been dropped and the glass shattered. They had to order me a new one which is going to take another 2 weeks. the manager was errogant while i was trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this furniture store at all.
