BEWARE. Poor business practices. They ironed (damaged) a pair of dry-clean only dress slacks. When I brought the pants back, I was told that I had to drive to another location and try to speak with Mr. Nelson because they can do nothing about it. Caveat: Mr. Nelson is only at the location from 7 am- unspecified time (they said he leaves "early"). I asked that Mr. Nelson contact me, since my work schedule does not permit me to drive to Kings Ave. at 7 am, during the week. He will not contact me. I was offered zero apologies, no mention of a refund (even for the $5.69 I payed to have them dry clean (ahem..ruin) the slacks.
