I have lived at the Palms of Brandon for 3.5 years and after reading the previous posts, I had to triple check the address to make sure they were talking about the same place. I have never seen a single bug/roach in my apartment ever. Maybe it is because I take my trash out regularly or it may be that I always wash my dishes immediately after use. I have no information on how others may live but the building that I live in is exceptionally clean and very well kept. The grass is cut more often than needed and the leaf blowers clean the walkways daily.

I did have an issue with the air conditioner and within two hours after notifying the office staff, the maintenance men where there to resolve the issue. A new air conditioner was replaced the next day. From my experience with maintenance, they are professional and knowledgeable and I have been impressed with every encounter with them.

With respect to the office staff, they are professional, friendly, and ensure that the rules are adhered to in order to maintain a decent place to live. Of course, there will always be tenants that cause problems and may leave with less than satisfactory feelings; however, ensuring a safe, quite, and comfortable place to live dictates civilized behavior which some people have difficulty achieving. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone that understands the aforementioned.

I have lived in many apartments over the decades and I can honestly say that I love it here knowing that there are no 'sightseers' prowling the neighborhood and my car has never been tampered with which is something few apartment complex's can claim. I would welcome all well-mannered individuals to join us in the island of tranquility. I am just a renter wishing to express my thoughts. Thanks
