My husband took his Diesel Jacket to be dry cleaned to the Sun Country in Brandon, FL.

When we picked it up it looked like it had been tumbled through the washer and dryer. It was faded and completely wrinkled. When we called to resolve the issue, Robin, the front desk lady said to call corporate. It's been 3 months now and an ongoing issue with both owners going back and forth and nothing resolved.

They stated that the jacket said wash only, do not dry clean. If so, a phone call would have been nice to ask if we wanted it washed and not dry cleaned.

I then got on the phone and called some local dry cleaners, including one in Arizona. They all stated that if they came across a tag and had questions, they would give the client a courtesy call. A courtesy call is something that Sun Country Cleaners did not do. We took the jacket to be Dry Cleaned not washed.

We also have not received any compensation for the jacket being dry cleaned. Much less for what the jacket is worth.

The one thing this company lacks is customer service and organization. I am highly disappointed in the way they handle business and greatly upset that we have not received any compensation regarding the Diesel jacket.

I highly recommend not taking your items to be dry cleaned with Sun Country Cleaners.
