T&W Air Conditioning far surpassed our expectations. The level of customer service was superb and professionalism at best. T was dependable, on time and he followed up with us as he promised. Very satisfied customer and will certainly recommend T&W to anyone looking for great results.

After being uncomfortable with our unit not doing its job right we called T&W they came out right away. They told us the truth about our system and our unit was replaced the very next day! Very courteous and professional! I will recommend to anyone who needs any kind of A/C work done.

Needed my fan motor replaced and T and W came out and took care of it within 1hr. Prices are so good I even set up a maintenance plan with them for the future, thanks again T&W!!!

TW Air Conditioning did a great job fixing our AC unit! They were on time on a Saturday morning, was courteous, and diagnosed the problem starting with the least expensive repairs. They explained the problems and offered reasonable prices for the repairs. All repairs were done in less than 1 hour. We will definitely call TW Air the next time we need AC repairs.

Our AC was only blowing warm air on a day when the high was 91. I called TW and they had Tony out to our house within a couple of hours. Considering I have worked with 3-4 other AC companies during the past few years, that was an awesome turnaround time in the middle of summer. Tony called my cell phone to tell me he was on the way and was waiting in front of my house as I returned from the Gym. He quickly identified the problem with my outside Unit and had it blowing cold air in about 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the result, especially since my wife and I were walking through the door just as he got the AC working again! Thank you TW and Tony for an awesome job!

I thought TW air presented themselves in a very professional manor. My husband and I called this company to come out and take a look at our Air unit which was not cooling. They put me on the schedule that day and were out with in a few hours. I liked the fact that they called before they came. I must say that their prices were very reasonable. They went over everything with me and answered all of our questions. My husband and I would definitely use them again as we signed up for there maintanence program. I will let all my neighbors and friends know of their excellent service.

T&W came to my home a few days ago and gave me an estimate for a new system. I don't have the funds right now until I recieve my income tax. Instead of letting my family sit in the cold where my house was about 66 degrees the technician made a few changes to the wiring to my condenser to where it will come on and gives us heat. I am sincerely thankful to T&W AIr Condition for this service as I will soon replace my 19yr old system ASAP. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Came out and replaced my condenser fan motor within hours after I called. Service was excellent and I even got a quick ac 101 from the service tech about my system. Definitely the right company to call!!!

This company did me a great service of fixing my unit in a short matter of time. T&W has prices on repairs that you just can't disagree with at all. I wish all companies were honest like they were to me. I have them on speed dial now lol

This company came to my rescue and fixed my broken ac within 30 min!!!! The best thing about T&W is that they set the appt time to work around my schedule and that for me is an a++. Very satisfied with the service!

Had family coming to visit from out of town and I desperately needed my air working again. Alot of companies were 2 days out and some didnt even answer!!! I called T&W and they were able to come out same day within hours. The tech diagnosed the problem within 15 min,gave me a great price and had my system working again. Great Company who wont leave you disappointed unlike other companies! I needed a new compressor NOT A NEW UNIT like the 2 other companies told me I needed. T&W had my system running in no time and I am so grateful because of my newborn. Yes I now have their number pinned to my refrigerator. Thanks again

If you need an honest reliable company to service your ac look no further! My heater went out yesterday and I called T&W. The service tech was respectful of my home,found the problem and replaced the part that went bad.My house is warm this morning!!! Thank you again T&W

Great company with techs who came to my home within the hour after I called. Replaced my 18yr old system with a high efficiency heat pump that will save me money down the road. T&W beat their competitors price greatly enough to give them the job and most importantly save me money!!!! Thanks again

Great company I wished to have called first instead of being jerked around and lied to by the 2 previous companies who were out just to sell me a new system which I clearly did not need. The tech found the problem and my unit was running again within 30 min!!! I am happy and very satisfied.

I would like thank T&W for coming to fix my air conditioning system late in the evening.I called four companies to schedule service for after 7pm because I wouldnt have made it home until then and all four companies told me their business hours ended at 5pm,one of the four companies told me they could send a tech but it would be $125 just to come out WOW!!!! I am so happy that i was able to contact T&W,they came out,was very professional and most importantly honest.My coil was cleaned and now my system blows hard and is working better then ever. I will refer this company to all my friends and family. :-)
