This is possibly the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my girlfriend roses for valentines day and they were not delivered. When I called (upset) they said they didn't know the roses were being delivered to a company, EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHEN I ORDERED! I called back the next day and they offered to upgrade the roses and have them delivered that day. That would have been great, IF THEY ACTUALLY DID IT! They did not deliver the roses again even after having already messed up once. When I called again today, I was disrespected by the owner instead of him trying to work out the problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM!

I live in Mobile and my daughter lives in Brandon,fl. Every year for the last 5 years I order flowers for her from her son over the phone. They are always just what I ask for. I have never been disapointed with their service.
