About two months ago this location replaced their staff.

Ever since then they have messed up my orders and the tobacco is dried out. This HAS to be a staff issue and not a product issue because prior to the change the tobacco wasn't this dry. Perhaps a retraining class is in order "how to care for the product" I know that they now offer more "vapor" options but if you sell fresh tobacco then take of it please.

Also the new staff isn't rude BUT the old staff was nicer knew the people and didn't need the machine to know what their orders were going to be. Loyal customers are built with "They know me" atmosphere

I gave this location a 2 star rating at first but changed it to 3 stars because it's a great value..Now if the old staff was returned I'd give it a 5! Where did they go anyhow? Were the removed because it's mote vapor now or what?
