I bought the golden neckless which was over prized by 5 times. After my purchase, on the next day, September 3, 2012, with my receipt and purchase, I wanted to give them back my purchase but they refused to take their neckless back, and did not give me any information about their District Manager/Owner information. Bi the way, the salesperson was rude, and smiling over my helpless situation. What happened at this country? We canceled all Customer's Rights. Why the Mexican store ignored the American Rights and Freedom? They are in a business at this country, at Brandon, Town Center. Please, help me to find the owner, District Manager to find the solution of this artificial bad problem?
