Horrible! I went to this location on 3-31-12 on a Saturday afternoon. The store was packed with customers and only 2 employees assisting customers actively. I was told my wait would be about 25 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it could be. I was informed there were 2 more customer in front of me who had not been helped. I could not wait any longer and left.



I attempted again today on 4-7-12 and went earlier in the day. I was denied service. I wanted to renew my contract that was going to be up on Easter Sunday. I was told by the Market Leader there I had no choice to either pay $40 for EARLY termination or turn in my phone (which they would end up refurbishing and making a profit off of.) I told her I was not going to do either one. I wanted to keep my old phone and not pay the fee. I pointed out to her that it was only ONE DAY as well I had already paid for my monthly bill upfront and I had a credit balance on my account. In so few words it did not matter. I was told then I would have to wait, pay the fee or give them my phone.



It is amazing I was wanting to spend money with the company and now I am thinking about finding a new cell provider. Avoid this store at all cost!
