Provided by YP.comThe pharmacy employees are not helpful at all. I have a discount card from the drug manufacturer that clearly states my perscription is only to be $18 yet the first month they charged me $65 and said they do mot accept the card. Called drug manufacturer and they were clearly upset and said they would call the pharmacy to straighten out the problem. Pharmacist apologized when I went back this month because of their mishandling of my perscription and assured me they would get it right this time. Unfortunately I would have to come in tomorrow as they didn't have the medicine at that time. Go in this morning and my perscription is $25 not $18. They told me it is what the computer says so it must be right, and it would be the same with or without my discount. I told them $18 is not the same as $25. They argued that it most certainly was.
CVS what happened to solving problems? What happened to training employees to not increase an ailing customer's stress level through being competent enough to handle the transaction at hand and not assume the computer generated health insurance info is the transaction the customer is going to choose? Your pharmacy has let me down twice and cost me and additional $54. By the way that $54 is the cost of 3 month of my perscription. I will make sure the drug manufacturer understands you do not have a desire to value them or those they help.
