He cuts corners to save money. For example, I asked for all new cushions, he charged me $300 extra for the new cushions, yet he put used (Cat sprayed) nasty cushions covered with a new layer of 1 inch foam to disguise the old cushions. I have called him for over a month and he has not answered. I called from another phone and he answered... Only to curse me and yell and threaten me and then he proceeded to hang up as I was telling him how unprofessional this is.. I have not been able to get in touch with him since. I would not recommend him to anyone! The couch smelled of smoke and there are cig burns in my new fabric. I now am $1300 in the hole and without a couch! HE IS TERRIBLE!
