Great place to live. Perfect for single person wanting peace and quiet. Great neighbors, staff and location.

When i first moved to parkwood i loved it. the rent was great, it was quite, and clean. however by the time i moved out it had went down some secondary to new management. the old manger was tough but it kept the place nice. I'm sad to say by the time i moved out numerous tenants were leaving their trash out by their door for days sometimes up to 5 days. So i would say if your thinking about moving to parkwood and you like to leave your trash out for days its a great place for you. i would like to say though that was not the reason i move i already had plans to relocate however if things continued like they were i probably would have looked for a new place to live.
