I used to work at Pam's Hallmark in Brandywine, MD back in May 2014. It is a good store, but the management teams are poor, one of the workers spread rumors about our issues, they let consumers get away with breaking the policies on using coupons on sales items and other pricing issues. They had an issue about one of the workers not coming in to work due to bad inclement weather and refuse to close the store during severe weathers. They only care about money and not anyone in the store. I will never work at retail store every agains. Now that I have my own company and about to graduate from school, I know that I will do much better than Hallmark.
