I apologize if my sarcasm was misunderstood and came across as being rude. I think you got the best of me after multiple requests to reduce our price. We are a small family owned business and with the increasing costs of doing business in Connecticut, we just cannot accommodate your request to a reduced price. I had a very special contoured patio poured by C C several years ago and shame on me if I didn't give them a great review then. The job didn't cost me much and, as an aging senior, I really appreciated the time volunteered by the driver to help me finish the job properly.
Just now, I stopped to talk to a neighbor setting up forms for several sections of sidewalk replacement, and he'll be sorry if he doesn't take my advice to get the concrete from CC.

Maybe the time to help your sister was in setting up level forms BEFOREHAND, and then making sure to level the pour to those forms AFTERWARDS - which are the responsibility of the customer, not the provider of the concrete.

I own Concrete Connections, and am confused about your review. We are a ready mix supplier, which is to say, we deliver small quantities of concrete to homeowners and contractors. We do not do form or finish work, which leaves me at a loss to explain your situation. I called to get 3 yards delivered to a patio my husband and I were building . I had been calling around comparing prices so of corse I asked him if he could do any better on the 130 delivery charge and he rudely said I could come pick it up in buckets if I didn't like the charge . A no I am sorry mam would have been the polite answer. I told him I don't do business with rude people and ended up using Suzio who was amazing and even gave me a discount . So I paid less then this horrible place . Don't even bother calling .

I am a concrete contractor and i have recently used concrete connections my company is CDN landscaping llc and dealing with Brian and Steve where great i had four deliveries scheduled and they called before each delivery which is always helpful there communication was top notch and i highly recommend concrete connections

These jokers poured a floor for my sister (single mom) and never leveled it off so now her garage door cannot close. No remedy. Crooked work by crooked contractors!!!
