Cyndi has been cutting my hair for a long time and is really terrific. Very talented, a good listener (she cares about doing what you want done, not just what she likes) and a really nice person, too. You won't go wrong with this salon and Cyndi!

Lauren is very unprofessional by not listening to client instead of listening talking gossip with other staff . My cut and color was not what I asked for or what I showed in photos . I complained to owner who stated I was just" trying to get some for free" and yelled at me over the phone. Over charged by $100 from what was advertised on web site. Cut is uneven, color is too dark and I spent 5 1/2 hours for this incompetent person destroying my hair .

Great atmosphere - the stylists are awesome. They also pay attention to what you ask them to do, although they're good at giving you suggestions, too.
