We purchased a Honda CRV for them. Quick and easy, they made the process very simple. We will be going back to have our vehicle serviced there.

Great experience from start to finish. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Not pushy or sly like many other dealers we looked at.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I found the truck I wanted online but was hesitant because Greg the owner was rude and unfriendly during the whole process. But I loved the truck so I bought it against my best judgement. 7 months later my check engine light came on. I had my mechanic look at it and in 4 hours he told me I needed a new Evap canister and that my oil pan was rusting out and quoted me $1100 for the both. When I asked Greg at Trolley auto what he could do he said he would definitley beat that price but he had to see it so I drove it an hour to his shop and he told me he would call me in a day or 2. On the fourth day I called them and he told me it would be another 2 days to give me prices! After 3 days I called again and he quoted me $1600! So I waited a full week to get a higher quote when he promised me he would beat the price in a day or 2. Again, very rude and unfriendly during the whole process. Then after I get home I notice they didn't even finish reassembling my truck. The engine shield was sitting in the bed next to the box of bolts.Worst customer service I have ever recieved!
