i.e., A locThis is the third time that they mess up with my order. I ask the manager to correct my order and not only was he extremely rude he never offer to help me or get me a refund. When I asked to speak with another a manager he said he was the only one in charge and did not know when the other managers would come in. The manager I spoke with I believe was Antonito. al favorite, or highly recommended because

.This Arby's is the worst. The manager Antonio is so rude. Been there several times and they never get the order right I believe the manager Antonio should go back and get some training. He is not familiar with the menu and likes to argue with the customers and very rude with the seniors citizens that come into the restaurant. Branson is made up of senior citizens so you should have management that is polite and kind
