Called during business hours to let them know we were on our way with a trim problem. We came from 6 hours away. Owner said he wanted to leave in 10 minutes and wouldn't stay even though we were 5 minutes away. This was at 3 in the afternoon. We asked if we could come in the next day and we're told, " I could try to be there at 9, but I may or may not be there, you know how that is. You can just try to call tomorrow and we'll see." Awful, inexcusable customer service. As a business professional myself, I am disgusted at this experience. I can't imagine how this business even stays open. Just awful.
