Christmas Eve 2012 - No Food AFTER 2.5 Hours

PLEASE don't take anyone to the Chateau as a celebration - it ruined our Christmas Eve.

We had reservations - arrived in plenty of time to a very empty dining room. We had a drink before dinner, placed our order - the restaurant filled - people came and went - and we walked out after 2.5 hours waiting for our dinner. Nothing complicated, mind you - steaks and sides - and - we're frequent guests. This time - no meal - and very little in the way of apologies. OUR ORDERS WERE NEVER TURNED IN - and when we left there were no other restaurants open. This will be the last of our visits -

Great View - TERRIBLE SERVICE!
