I met the owner, Mark Cook, while he was doing restoration consulting in Florida and North Carolina. He had been called in by a major contractor to help with several multi-million dollar apartment projects. Mark assisted me with numerous claims I had trouble estimating because of various complexity issues - from houses, to apartment complexes, to 15 story high-rise condo buildings. Mark has more experience and broader and deeper knowledge about every aspect of construction I could come up with, than anyone else I've ever meet. If I need a roofer or general contractor for one of my properties, I won't hesitate to give Mark a call. I've had many opportunities to see Mark in action with customers and subcontractors alike. Among all the contractors I've interacted with, his integrity, attention to quality, and care for the customer, is outstanding in an industry that seems to be all about trying to undercut the competition to make a quick buck.

The worst! It's been over a year and Cook Roofing LLC hasn't completed the job!!! Once they were paid in full they did not follow through and finish the job. I've had to pay for an exterminator because mice have now gotten into the attic.. That's an additional $500 out of my pocket. I'm seeking legal council now.

I recently had Cook Roofing, come out to look at my roof, other companies had said I needed a new roof, but Cook Roofing told me I had several leaks, and they showed me with this thermal camera. Being a single mom they saved me thousands of dollars by doing roof repairs instead of a new roof. Thanks cook roofing for your honesty, when I do need a new roof I will be using them.

Cook Roofing Company put a new roof on my home in 2007 and did an amazing job! They had to take out a serious sag in the structure over my garage and now you can't even tell there was ever a problem. I love the shingles also! THANKS GUYS!
