We got the aloha room pretty excited to stay we don't get to travel often it was our first time staying there our sheets where dirty our room had mold on the cealing and the patio faced rooks than we found a lovely note Goin over charges if guest steal like I payed over$ 100 to stay in the hotel and they left a. notes on what everything cost smh im not a thef just a honeymooner lmao I will never stay here again not to mention the bathroom door didn't even close all the way more or less lock

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that our stay there went beautifully. From the front desk staff to the maid service and the morning breakfast, everything was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely will suggest your place to stay to others if they are headed to Branson. Thank you again for the hospitality!!!

The room was comfortable & well maintained. The breakfast adequate although & had very limited drink options. we did experience a few cooler warm/hot offerings on one morning. The staff was extremely personable,patient, knowledgeable & willing to accommodate needs/requests as often as possible. We observed this gift demonstrated by a staff person while she was checking in a rather demanding guest checking in with many requests'/demands who was checking in just before us. Thank you!!

Stayed here on Saturday night, June 14th. First time staying here. They exceeded all expectations. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Rooms clean, a/c cold, parking area well lit. Will be back many times to come.

I was very happy an satisfied with my stay at the Stone Castle. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my exceptions of a hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable and no noise issues at all

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center. The rooms were clean and fresh, the staff was cordial, the meeting room was spacious and cleaned each night. The caterer provided a wonderful meal for us. The hot complementary breakfast was delicious. Our stay was an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend the hotel.

Upon arrival at the front desk, I was greeted by some warm genuine smiles and friendly attitudes! We had three rooms reserved (separately) in town for our company picnic at SDC. found out we were all in a different building and you were pretty full booked. The young ladies at the front desk did everything possible to accommodate rooms together with no success however, they did put us all in the same building! Our stay (2 days) was pleasant, clean and comfortable. We reside in Joplin and travel to Branson on occasion, we will definitely be back.. Thank you!

From my visibility as an attendee, your services provided for the Ozarkcon Conference were outstanding! Everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom tissue provided was of adequate quality. The towels, washcloths and bathmat were all clean, and while not plush - were definitely adequate and quite comfortable. Service at the front desk was good - new employee in training. OK. We all have to start at the beginning somewhere. I completely enjoyed my visit and I am looking forward to returning for 2015 (if not before...) Oh, and the biscuits at breakfast were very well made. We certainly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. Your breakfast was outstanding and we certainly didn't go away hungry. We will certainly come and stay there again. The only thing that we were disappointed was-was the lack of soap. There was 5 of us and one little piece of soap for us. The housekeepers or whoever didn't notice that the shower soap dispenser was broken and therefore the one piece of soap. My husband did go to the desk to get more. Otherwise everything was just super.

For an older motel it was okay. Our room had a strong chemical smell when you entered the room. The room served it's purpose since we were out most of the day.

Our 3 night stay was great and the excellent breakfast, each morning, was a highlight of our visit to Branson. The staff was outstanding and kept everything just perfect during our trip. We are already planning another trip back and you can bet that we will definitely stay at Stone Castle.

Loved everything about the Stone Castle. The breakfast was amazing and everything was very conveniently placed. I will be back. Thanks guys for the experience.

WE HAVE STAYED AT STONE CASTLE SEVERAL TIMES. IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND NEAT. THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Our stay at Stone Castle was part of the reason we had a nice weekend trip to Branson. Location was close enough to everything we wanted to see or do, complimentary breakfast very good and were able to use small rooms on each floor as gathering point each evening to meet with other couples we traveled with.

I loved the accommodations that we had. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. the only problem I had was that we had to walk so far from one building to the other for the pool and free breakfast. but you cant have everything and I would definitely stay again (just get a room in the middle building where everything was located).

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We had the Garden of Eden suite and used the hot tub both evenings so relaxing. The breakfast was good and the lady who was working to help the people was very friendly and helpful she made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. We would come back. Thank you. Two stays already this year ! Clean rooms, hot breakfast, and great location. Will be back again soon.

ALWAYS ENJOY STAYING AT THE STONE CASTLE. HAVE STAYED SEVERAL OTHER PLACES IN BRANSON, BUT THIS IS OUR FAVORITE. DON'T EVEN CHECK ANYWHERE ELSE IF I CAN GET IN THERE.ALWAYS CLEAN. WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. GREAT BREAKFAST. ONLY CON, WISH YOU WOULD BRING BACK MAKE YOUR OWN WAFFLES.
