Provided by YPmobileMy wife and I bought a new edge from trilakes and had bad experience with it in its own way but still went back because it had a recall something bout making it shift hard (which it was). Made apt took it in got it done 5hrs later and then they didn't put the transmission plug back in all the way and it had almost completely drained the fluid which would have caused huge issues if I wouldn't of seen it in the garage when I got home. Luckily my wife hadn't drove it anywhere. I took it back just to have it on the books incase something happened down the road. They were very rude about it and just check the level and said it was fine and sent us on our way. Will not go back.

Provided by YP.comNeeded one tire for 2012 Escape with 18000 miles. Told they would only sell four (Ford requirement). Since I was 500 miles from home, I had no option. Checked with local Ford dealer and Ford Customer Service and was told Ford does not require this. I would avoid this dealer if possible.

Provided by YP.comI recently had a front-end alignment done on my car at Tri-Lakes Ford and was very unhappy with their work. I had had new tires installed that day and drove straight to Tri-Lakes for the alignment. Their machine was new and this was the first day it was used. When I left their shop, the car pulled very hard to the right. I called when I got home and made an appointment to take it back a few days later. When I took it back, they did not put it back up on the rack because they were using it for other paying customers. They drove it and said that they rotated the tires. They told me it was pulling because of the crown in the highway and that all cars pulled that way. It was not pulling when I first took it to the shop, only when I left. I have been driving for 49 years and I know better than that. I asked for a refund and was denied. I said I would dispute the charge on my credit card and was told I would be turned over to the prosecuting attorney if I did. I did take my car elsewhere and paid for another alighment which was fine. I will not go back there.
