Absolutely love Dave and the guys! Dave tells you whats needed and how much BEFORE they do the work :-). I am so super picky and have taken my vehicles (2) to them several times, they are affordable and I had good experiences. THANK YOU DAVE :-)

Dave is a scam artist. He will charge you for unnecessary repairs and then tell you your vehicle is running great. Not true!! After a trip to Branson my truck broke down 30 miles from his shop on a Saturday after picking it up earlier that morning. My wife’s and I were heading back home and had to leave the vehicle. Came back to pick it up later. Took the vehicle to the local Chevrolet dealership and had it repaired properly. I have contacted Dave numerous (7-8) times for a partial refund of the unnecessary charges. Every time he says he will do the refund but always makes an excuse. This has been going on for two months. And still no refund. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor.....steer clear!!! Go somewhere else!! Stay far away from this shop!!

I have had very good experiences with Kyle Automotive in Branson West. They do routine maintenance on my cars, plus anything else that pops up. I've had nothing but pro help from them. They are a busy shop, so make an appointment if you can, so you don't have to wait. These guys go above and beyond for me, I highly recommend.

Terrible service! Made me wait around for 2+ hours and then said they couldn't actually complete the job I requested. DO NOT give them your time or money!!
