If we could give 0 stars we would. We asked for professional help on putting our home on the market. We did not know what it would sell for, however we did know exactly what we put into the home. They came out and said they would list for $549,900.00. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THEIR PRICE THEY SUGGESTED! We were excited and agreed to sign up. But then after 10 days it was suggested we drop $50k, then another $45k. All in less then 6 weeks... At this time I asked for a release from our agreement. No way, we are in a contract for 6 months they replied..Be as it may, I would suggest to anyone selling their home to do more research and completely understand that this company only care's about getting paid. Their only interest is getting you to a closing table and collecting their check. They pump you up with high sales price and tell you how great your home is, only to persuade you to lower the price the whole time for a faster sale. Had we known this before we would never have signed anything with them.... Lesson learned the hard way! Now we are are in a 6 month void because we are not interested in selling for any amount due to their unprofessional tactics.

I wish they had just been honest and said, It won't sell for that. We made a mistake and would suggest lowering the price. But that's to Honest for them. It sure would have gone along way here!
