Horrible! Don't even bother to make an appointment because they treat you like a walk in. I made an appointment for 1pm for a mani/pedi thinking I would done by 2pm and back to work. Mind you I went on a Friday afternoon. They put in the chair at 1:10 and jsut had me soak my feet until 1:35!!!! Ridiculous. I looked at her and said she had till 2 and she got angry and all the nail ladies gave me a look! Very unprofessional! Then she said are you sure you don't want a manicure....(NO I WANT TO LEAVE)! She finished at 2 and my nails dried till 2:05. Neverthe less I was late for work! Then they rang up my credit card wrong! No tip for you. I just wanted everyone to know that this is a bad nail salon. It is worth the drive to go to Keene!
