The day I purchased my vehicle was great, the paperwork was done in a timely fashion. But when I started to have problems with my radio, having them reimburst me to fix my radio was a huge hassle. Three months down the line I still don't have a check from them nor have I received my title and registration. It has been a total run-around from that point on. I would never recommend them to my friends and family members.
