The front desk is not helpful, the contacted the work is not getting done, and no one seems to care as long as payment is collected. This place is apparently too busy to care. Work is being sub-contacted out and progress is not tracked or reported, so tough luck if your end up working with whoever. Beyond a company email, there is no way to get in touch with the person actually working on your case. Their work attitude is very known by county office and not well received. I hope this review will help others in considering using them. Hopefully this is just an isolated case with one bad apple. Good luck.
