never spend a nickel at this shop. i paid in full, hearing aids were promised in 5 days. took 3 weeks. insurance sent him a check for 1,000 dollars. took me 2 1/2 months to get my check from him. his policy is free repairs and free replacement if lost, standard in the industry. charged me 175.00 for a repair. will not return my calls for replacement of the lost one. he was notified dec 1st. still no call been down there several times. called several times..next step is a lawyer.
