I called Nail Harmony at 714-773-9758 because I had bought their gel-nails at Sally Beauty Supply. I used the product exactly like the dvd said. This was in October. My nails are absolutely ruined. I called them to find out what I could do to get my nails healthy. The first lady I talked to was nice and referred me to her supervisor. The supervisor told me she would have a nail tech contact me within the next 30 minutes. An hour later I called them back. The woman I talked to then could not have been ruder. She hung up the phone on me. I would advice everyone to think about it before investing in this company. Not only did they not do what they said they would, each lady I talked to started questioning the way I put it on. It has been over 3 months and my nails are horrible. Breaking, splitting, cracking, and she had the nerve to hang up on me. Guess I will have to go to the doctor, and the BBB.
